 6/1/10--Meet max. A sweet 2 year old Shih Tzu who has a liver shunt. Max was lovingly surrendered when his owner couldn't afford his liver shunt surgery. |
Max Max has been to LSU and been diagnosed with an external shunt that is totally fixable with surgery. The estimate is $2000 for everything. Any donations will be and prayers will be greatly appreciated.Update 6/18---Max was seen by a surgeon in Mandeville yesterday the 17th. He is cleared for surgery on this coming Monday June 21st in Mandeville with Dr. Hancock. Updates will follow after the surgery. |
